Using our 3D CAD modeling software we used this basic BX snow plow as the foundation of the whole attachment and designed the rest of the unit around this very robust snow plow design. At Ai2 Products we take the design of all of our Kubota BX attachments very seriously and design them to handle anything you can throw at them.

The Ai2 products Kubota BX Attachments snow plow is designed to best and most durable loader mounted snow plow on the market!! It’s designed to be a quick switch from the bucket to the blade in minutes. Being it’s not a bucket-mounted snow plow it’s a very high visibility design. So you don’t have to try and look around your bucket to see where your blade is. The blade weighs in at 250 lbs so there is a lot of steel in this thing to handle a 2000 lbs tractor banging it into the snowbanks all day long.

Another thing we thought about with the Ai2 Products Kubota BX attachments loader mounted snow plow is the serviceability of the blade. Not that there is much that goes bad on units like this, but to make life easier for customers here are a couple of things we did. The first thing was we added a .5″ x 4″ 1055 carbon steel bolt-on and replaceable cutting edge. Not a welded-on one that will eventually be ground off or the guys that just use a .25″ chunk of mild steel the lasts about half the season. We also used standard off the shelf pickup style snow plow trip springs and skid shoes. So if you break a trip spring or when you eventually wear out your skid shoes you go to your local snow plow dealer and pick them up or order them online from several different distributors. We also make all the pins replaceable. So if for some reason you would break one or bend one you can pound it out and install a new one.

The Ai2 Products Kubota attachments loader mounted snow blade is designed to mount in 3 different ways. It can be used with our Kubota BX Gen3 Quick Attach, the factory Kubota BX 6315 quick attach or this can also be mounted directly to the loader. Nobody else gives you this much flexibility.
